Since Hurricane Katrina, I've been meaning to update this page. Well, the time has come to put some pictures up for you to see. Click the links below to see the different pictures available.
The Beach pictures show pictures of, what else, the beach in Gulfport. It also has pictures of some of the other areas between Bayou View and the beach. The Church pictures show the damage we had at Bayou View Baptist during and after the storm. We sheltered there with about 30 other church members. Having water up to your waist isn't fun! All of the furniture in both buildings except for a few metal chairs were lost. The Work pictures show the work being done at Bayou View Baptist. Both building needed to have the sheetrock removed up to the 4 foot line. They also had all of the carpet and tile removed, shelves torn out, furniture thrown to the curb, etc. If you would like to help us recover from this disaster, please visit www.bayouview.org.
